A 1:1 consultation allows each individual to focus on their key concerns and priorities and receive professional advice to help them make better and more informed decisions about their next move. Our experience has shown that a large number of career concerns involve family and private matters that need to be discussed with someone independently to help them gain focus and confidence when considering their options for the future.

We can deliver full days of 1-1 coaching consultations onsite, via skype or through our nationwide office network as required and flex to your requirements around these.

Full days of 6 x 1 hour sessions or 3 x 2 hour sessions can be delivered each day.

If used prior to the workshop

  • They help to get all individuals up to the same level of understanding prior to the start of the workshop so that there are no hindrances to the workshop on the day.
  • If individuals have personal concerns or worries that could affect their focus on the workshop, it is a good idea to address them before the group gets together; so that the workshop can start without a hitch as there is a lot of content to be covered.
  • Once the fundamental elements of a successful job search have been identified and conveyed to each individual on a personal and individual level, the content of the workshop can then begin to feel ‘more real’ and less daunting to each individual, allowing ideas and experiences to be shared amongst the group.

If used following the workshop they can aid in:

  • Deepening understanding of any aspect covered on the workshop.
  • Addressing personal concerns that not yet been resolved.
  • Review and input into draft CV or covering letter.
  • Interview practice.
  • Discussing the career objective and aiding in decision making.
  • Motivation and support.
